The activities of CORPUS SIREO Real Estate in the Rhine-Main region are focussed on the cities of Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz and Darmstadt.
Frankfurt am Main is a world-class finance and services centre and, as the midpoint of the dynamic Rhine-Main economic region, is one of the leading European business locations. Its central location, excellent infrastructure with one of the largest airports on the continent and concentration of international, forward-looking companies put the city in a leading position within Europe. As the headquarters of the European Central Bank, Frankfurt is also internationally important in terms of monetary and foreign exchange policy.
The diverse range of companies based there ensures that the city is dynamic, stable and resistant to crises. Although it is primarily known for its strong financial sector, Frankfurt am Main also hosts other important industries. The creative industry, IT and telecommunications, biotechnology and life sciences, logistics and industry are all well-established here. The numerous institutions and educational establishments based here facilitate fast, straightforward market access.
Irrespective of Brexit, the growth engine of Frankfurt needs apartments for around 15,000 new inhabitants each year.
As the state capital and a university city, Mainz together with the university city of Wiesbaden and the science hub of Darmstadt each have their own considerable drawing power and, together with Frankfurt, make up the booming metropolitan region of Rhine-Main.
Studies have determined that around 200,000 apartments will have to be built in the Rhine-Main region by 2030 in order to secure the region’s appeal.
