CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH is building 143 residential units at “The Inbetween” on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel. The boarding house has 42 rooms and a total of 1,250 m² of usable space. Construction started at the beginning of 2018 - completion was at the end of 2020.

The eight-floor residential building is in an ideal location: to the north, the attractions of the Bahnhofsviertel, or BHV for short and to the south, the Main embankment with its museums. The theatre and Willy-Brandt-Platz square are to the east, while the main train station and the exhibition centre are to the west.

Between Bockenheim and Rödelheim, west of the centre of Frankfurt, a street front development and six city villas at the rear of the plot are to be built on Ludwig-Landmann-Straße in two construction phases. The 1 to 5-room apartments with a residential space measuring around 30 to 174 m² will be accompanied by around 185 parking spaces in two underground car parks. The houses will be grouped around a freely accessible and vehicle-free courtyard. The site is well connected with public transport via bus lines 34 and 72 and by car via the nearby A66 and A648. Frankfurt’s largest open-air swimming pool, the Brentano pool, is in the vicinity.
