The Construction Management team combines all CORPUS SIREO Real Estate construction duties for project developments and asset management

The team has decades of experience in new construction of owner-occupied apartments and commercial project developments as well as leasehold improvements, maintenance and modernisation of office and retail real estate.

With CORPUS SIREO Real Estate’s experience in construction management, in-house project developments are completed for the end user and investor. The Construction Management team provides support for purchasing processes, it advises the asset manager (on drawing up the business plan, among other things), the letting manager (e.g. with regard to the technical aspects of formulating the lease agreements) and assumes responsibility for maintenance (capex), modernisations and leasehold improvements as the owner’s representative, the project manager and the project controller.

Residential

In Construction Management Residential, we complete around 300 turnkey owner-occupied apartments and single-family homes each year. We assume responsibility for the technical and commercial aspects of construction, from planning permission through to handing over the keys, right through to conclusion of the warranty. Our construction managers are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time and with no quality issues. The success of the project is ensured by means of intensive management of the sale.

Commercial

Construction Management Commercial is responsible for the technical and commercial aspects of construction for our projects in the office, retail, hotel, logistics and health care sectors. Our construction managers are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed (including tenant fit-out) within budget, on time and with no quality issues. They are responsible for tenant coordination as well as reporting for owners, financing partners and committees.
