CORPUS SIREO Real Estate assumes responsibility from A – Z. The Commercial Development team identifies potential added value, secures and purchases land, and draws up a usage conception for the upcoming project development. All competitive bidding procedures and feasibility studies, profitability analyses and project costing are provided from a single source, as are the tendering, awarding and selection of the companies involved in the project.
On behalf of the client, we assume responsibility for managing the contract and managing the project as a whole, as well as obtaining the necessary construction and planning rights. We monitor the costs throughout the construction process. We contact estate agents and potential tenants, prepare lease agreements and provide support until the agreements are concluded.
An exit and marketing strategy provides structure, coordination and support for the sale. CORPUS SIREO Real Estate’s work is only finished once the sales process is complete and the customer is satisfied.

On behalf of the owner of Deutsche Telekom AG, we planned the development of the local exchange located south of Munich city centre in the district of Fürstenried. Within the framework of a request for preliminary planning permission with the involvement of the city planning commission, construction rights were obtained, together with the plot neighbour, for the completion of an 8-floor and a 12-floor residential building. For this purpose, the local exchange is due to be partially scaled down, although technical areas on the ground floor and at basement level must be retained.
