Heusenstamm is located in the Frankfurt am Main region, which is one of the most dynamic economic locations in Europe. As a result of its central location, the metropolis is the German hub for trade and transport. Thanks to the largest airport in the world, the excellent rail network and major long-distance railway station, the shipping traffic and motorway links, Frankfurt and the entire Rhein-Main region enjoy major international significance. Variety is the particular strength of this location. This means that the city is in an excellent position to continue to be the focal point of the most prosperous and most rapidly expanding metropolitan region in the heart of Europe in future.

Makler

Marketing of residential and commercial real estate
For many years, we have been one of the leading real estate agents (Makler) in Germany. On behalf of investors and holders of property portfolios, we act as agents for commercial and residential properties with a value of more than 5 million Euros.

Frankfurt is a city with many faces, as are the surrounding areas. It is important to have an expert who knows Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main region like the back of his hand. That is who we are - the CORPUS SIREO experts.

Are you looking to buy a property? You have come to the right place! We have a large selection of properties, and our portfolio almost certainly has the right property for every potential buyer. Come to us and let us do the searching. We take account of your specific requirements, whether you are looking for a loft in the city or a house for your family in the countryside. We advise you in financing matters and support you with our experience and competence right up to the point at which you move into your new home - step-by-step.

We are also the right contact for selling your property!

Project Development

Conception, construction and marketing of residential projects

Overall, we construct approximately 500 residential units every year, with a marketing volume of almost 200 million Euros. As the second largest residential project developer in Germany, we have nationwide operations, focusing on city-centre locations in metropolitan regions. This strategy is implemented across the entire spectrum - ranging from initial project design and construction right through to the sale to private and even institutional investors. Property sales handled by the CORPUS SIREO Group's own estate agency (Makler) is a major benefit for our customers.

Excellent investment - Profitable investments in residential properties with a reliable return.

CORPUS SIREO Projektentwicklung Wohnen (Project Development Residential) ensures sound returns with new residential accommodation at prime city locations, throughout Germany.

The new-build projects of CORPUS SIREO guarantee future-proofed investment and first-class housing quality - ranging from owner-occupation accommodation for private buyers right through to entire quarters for the global investor.

A strong foundation is created by branches in the main German residential markets and our experience of more than 4,500 residential units which have been sold and built. This is the basis for creating accommodation which remains attractive and profitable for many decades.
