CORPUS SIREO has its own academy with the aim of encouraging further qualification of its employees. We offer all our employees the opportunity of gaining significant further training with specific targets in mind. The CORPUS SIREO Academy focuses on professional further qualification, the promotion of social skills and enterprise-wide interchange of opinions. The core competences and management vision serve as the basis of our extensive training programme.

 

Our employees are able to take advantage of systematic further training in the following areas:

We work together with external trainers and also with internal experts who pass on their knowledge to their colleagues. The training programme is always specifically tailored to meet the needs of our employees, analysed on the basis of the development dialogues.


Development programmes

Talented employees are able to advance their careers in a structured manner in modular development programmes. The contents focus on various aspects, including the encouragement of management skills or the expansion of project management skills. Our senior executives are also further developing their skills.
