CORPUS SIREO combines exciting and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment with the tailored professional development of our staff. What matters to us is to integrate and promote personal competences and skills of our employees optimally into our business activities – be they professionals, young professionals, trainees, or apprentices. We use personalised development programs and our in-house CORPUS SIREO Academy to promote the continued professional development of our employees.


Development Dialogue
Once a year, our employees and their direct superiors sit down for a so-called "development dialogue" that focuses on the qualification and personal continued development of a given employee. The two compare notes on the employee’s skill set and development potential in an intense exchange that forms the heart of the talk. They jointly structure the employee’s personal need for professional development, and identify suitable development measures. The underlying theme of the development dialogues is the idea "We are good, so what do we do to get better?"

Core Competences
Clearly described core competences form the basis of our human resource development. Advanced communication skills, team capability, a result-driven and entrepreneurial approach, as well as leadership skills – these are some of the core competences we like to see in our employees and executives. The curriculum of CORPUS SIREO Academy uses the core competences as a base on which to develop each employee in his or her respective field of expertise.

Criteria for Potential
It is of the essence for us to recognise the potential of our employees. We have defined criteria for professional potential whose profile scale depends on the respective tier.
Superiors use these criteria to gauge their employees’ potential with a view to future challenges for the company. The objective is to recognise, challenge and promote the staff potential. The development dialogues are the place to discuss and pinpoint this potential.

Leadership Model
We consider respectful staff leadership as a key success factor. Every one of our employees contributes to the company’s success in his or her own way. The leadership model of CORPUS SIREO creates a uniform understanding of leadership inside the company. The shared leadership concept is intended to provide all CORPUS SIREO staff with a sense of orientation and the positive parameters they need for a successful collaboration as well as for the dialogue between employees and executives. The leadership model represents the basis for the development of executives.
