Notwithstanding the reticent start of the letting markets into the first quarter of 2011, CORPUS SIREO already pushed past the 50-percent mark of its own take-up total of the previous year. The total letting volume in 2010 had approximated 500,000 square metres.
In the wake of the positive trend currently seen on the letting market, and with a view to the traditionally fast-trading fourth quarter, the Cologne-based company has reason to expect a sound result for the year as a whole.
Ingo Hartlief, Managing Director of CORPUS SIREO’s Asset Management division, says: “The excellent performance we have seen so far makes us optimistic in regard to the second semester. Our local letting expertise and our nationwide network of sales offices in Germany are clearly paying off.”
